Thrillsons + Thomas Family = Fun

We were lucky enough to have a visit from Andy, Alex and little Meg this last weekend. Lucky for us they only live 4 hours away in Chicago. We took them to our favorite little place- The Exotic Feline Rescue Center. If you are one of our Bloomington readers, it is a must visit. They have all sorts of tigers, lions, cougars and other cats in large holding areas that are fenced in by a single chain linked fence. Nothing like getting inches from a man eating cat.

The cats meant business this time. Last time we went it was just the three of us with a guide- however this time we were in a group of 20, and I don't think they liked it. The tiger in the bottom picture jumped a bit and growled at me while taking a picture, and Andy was charged by the lion below while also taking a picture. Lucky for us there is a chain-linked fence.

West going after the only non-dangerous cat.

Those are some really nice pictures! We are so sad we are not going to be able to come out there this fall.

Those cat pictures are awesome, and Weston is so dang cute. Is he getting some curls? And Eric, how cool were all those business trips you got to take. Maccu Piccu is top of our list for a future trip, so that was way cool to see your pictures!
